Seventeen Ukrainian citizens are on board the tanker Bella-1 detained by the United States
This was reported by Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United States, Oksana Stefanishyna.
There are no Ukrainian citizens on board the second tanker, M-Sophia.
Both vessels are linked to Russia’s so-called “shadow fleet.”

This is why the war will grind to a halt in 2026. This is the main artery of the Russian economy and now it's open season.
