The thing is, if he’d just presented a motion that conveyed *the actual substance of the MOU* it might have worked: there are lots of Liberals who are uncomfortable with it. But he couldn’t resist presenting a one-sided (followed by a one-and-half-sided) version of it, which just gave the Lib leadership the out they needed to vote against it. Too clever by half.

This is a fault on both sides of the isle no doubt but pp leadership is entirely dependent upon it because he has no record to refer to just slogans so he can only keep his mp's in line with fear and the voters with ignorance that can't tell the difference between an MP, MLA or the local mayor.

This is the worst Candidate EVER, from any party.

His arrogance, negativity, immaturity and disdain for logic, together with rambling incoherence – lay bare his severe lack of leadership skills.

A one-trick pony with nothing by way of substance or strategy, to offer Canadians.

You can see why, in 21 years in parliament, this guy has NEVER sat at a table with people with different points of view, to collaborate and negotiate anything.
He doesn’t have those skills, at all.

How then can he be Prime Minister and represent a NATION??
He only knows how to bark orders and bully and blame, to get his way.

The only people pushing for such a fake, unqualified brute to REMAIN as Conservative Party leader are:

1. MAGA-types and conspiracy theorists who love the divisiveness, hate-mongering and “F* Liberals” sentiment.
2. Powerful corporate interests who love having a ruthless puppet to push their agendas, ahead of the interests of the Canadian people.

Pretty much a summary of why I can't support him or his party.
And their core is now so intransigent there's no hope of them moving towards the center.

Instead of tacking towards the centre like Harper did, this fool decided to double down on the fringe and is all in. Since he is a talentless hack he can't even be a one trick pony right. His apple chomping interview was the high water mark of his career. He expected to get in without security clearance and then rewrite the rule to suit him once in office. That was his entire gambit. Lazy or inept either way he is now hoisted upon his own petard and the leadership review will not give him yet another mulligan.

His entire career has been in the shadows of bigger men. At some point he had to either move on and take the reigns or just be entitled to his entitlements. Clearly he has picked the path of weaker men.
