Men are abandoning the Conservatives and running to Mark Carney.

The fascinating thing about this. If you listen to male Conservatives talk about it, as I have, it's not an anti-Pierre thing. They're not pissed with Pierre.

They really like Mark Carney. It's a positive move.

Voters are usually motivated by negative persuasion. Almost always actually. So this is a big change in voter behavior especially for men.

Well at least it kept him out of the house for a while and out from under foot of the adults trying to run the country.
