Vlad will be known as the 2nd impaler. TLDR Ukraine will not lose and Russia can't win it is only a numbers game now and how long Putin wants to bleed his country white. Considering his only option to stay alive is to hold onto power this means Russian economy will be mincemeat and a vassal state to China.
