Other than the pact the Russians made with the Nazi's they have not honored a SINGLE agreement.

Because Trump we are seeing an opening. He clearly did not intend this path but the horse has already bolted from the open stable.

Expected but this two step is getting boring and obvious. This is another 'two week' promise with more pomp. EU now can't defer any longer and it isn't. Arm shipments with no fanfare are how they will talk as these summits are little more than oligarchic daycare.
