Pakistan Navy assists Indian vessel stranded in Arabian Sea, provides emergency supplies

The Indian offshore tug and supply vessel MV Gautam, sailing from Oman to India, suffered a critical technical fault that left it stranded in the Arabian Sea. The Maritime Rescue and Coordination Centre (MRCC) in Mumbai contacted Pakistani authorities requesting urgent assistance.
In response, the Pakistan Navy, supported by the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA), deployed the vessel PMSS/PNS Kashmir to the location. Rescue teams boarded the stranded ship and provided:
Food supplies
Medical assistance
Technical support to stabilize the vessel
The crew consisted of six Indian nationals and one Indonesian, all of whom were reported safe.
