If an election is called now then JT is toast.

It's a crap shoot. Personally, I think JT is goading PP into being over confident so that he alienates women and minorities to the point that he is the only option. Or at least that is his best play as bribing voters with their own money is the only other play he has and from what I have read and heard from the Liberal retreat his ideas are to stay the course but no big ticket ideas are being entertained. 10$ a day daycare has been undermined by the provinces jacking up the rent on the providers so it is DOA and the dental is an NDP platform. His Covid response was only made bearable because of the berating by the NDP to relent on his more overbearing demands on the public and put more money on the table to prevent the economy from imploding.

Replacing JT isn't going to help them either as they have no one else to shake up the narrative and the ones that could (Wab maybe?) clearly have their hands full already.

So it is all on Singh to lean into it and risk it all in the vein hopes that Canadians will pick him over the other 2. We are so fucked.

Yep. Jagmeet is putting it all on the line by tearing up the agreement. Canadians will not pick him over the other two deadbeats. Canada is politely racist and will not choose an articulate, intelligent Sikh lawyer as its next PM. I'll vote for him.
Jagmeet has called JT's bluff. Let's see what happens.

Headline really says it all. Denigrating, rather than leading. What a putz.

I doubt imminent.
Repositioning: since the far right has turned the very word liberal into an expletive following the lead shown in BC: reposition themselves as the true opposition to PP's Conservatives.
Hail Mary for a Jack Laytonesque boost. The coming byelections will be a bellweather if Libberal support buys the message.
And Singh won't pull the rug out from under JT until they're ready, Libs would need to do something that really pisses them off, and he's not likely to.

I have seen zero mention of an early election by anyone serious. PP is wish casting to his base with that. However, with the agreement gone the onus is on JT to not cross the NDP because now if they do the NDP have nothing to lose and the most dangerous opponents are ones that are backed into a corner.
