Gave the site a bit of a summer touch up with new background, brighter top navigation bar and footer so text is more readable.
Changed the header title from 'index page' to 'Canadian Political Forum' so it's more searchable. Just hope it brings some users that aren't just spammers.

Newly Registered Users shouldn't be able to now.
