As a scooter enthusiast with my wife this weekend in Victoria we counted over 100 Canadian flags before watching symphony splash. This win will help ensure walkable and accessible cities across Canada. Cars need to share infrastructure not hoard it.

Cyclist dies after collision in Saanich: BC Coroners Service
According to ICBC, the intersection of Quadra/Greenridge/Lochside Trail was the site of 11 crashes between 2020 and 2024, including five that were “casualty crashes,” meaning they resulted in injuries or fatalities.
No bike lane, just a red smear.

The Alberta Minister of Transport wants to remove all the bike lanes and turn us all in to red smears. He's touting Ford as the second coming for fighting those terrible bike lanes that cause traffic jams!

Seems legit. Great way to ensure that Alberta becomes an island demographically. How hard is it to understand the fundamentals of induced demand? Or is the general public suffering from mass dementia?
