Canada, Denmark deepen defence ties after Greenland annexation threat
Signed at the Munich Security Conference, the pact:
• Expands surveillance cooperation
• Enhances joint Arctic operations
• Includes Greenland and the Faroe Islands
• Does not go beyond NATO Article 5 obligations
