B REAKING: Iran has DIRECTLY STRUCK SIX SHIPS with ANTI-SHIP MISSILES in the Strait of Hormuz and surrounding waters — its LARGEST-EVER ATTACK in the strategic waterway, according to the IRGC.

The attack came in response to this morning’s U.S. strike on THREE Iranian oil tankers transiting the Strait.

The IRGC says it struck THREE oil tankers using “unauthorized” routes through Hormuz, along with THREE additional U.S. Navy warships and U.S.-linked vessels in other areas.

Iran has now MASSIVELY ESCALATED its direct attacks on maritime targets.

Background: The strikes were a response to failed ballistic missile attacks by the IRGC against U.S. Navy warships over the preceding two days (0:55-1:15).
The Targeted Vessels: The ships involved include the MT Derya (near Kharg Island), MT Horizon 1 (an LPG carrier), MT Kaviz, MT Charminar, and MT Riesco (the latter four located in the Gulf of Oman) (1:16-1:35).
Operational Tactics: Sal Mercogliano critiques CENTCOM's characterization of the vessels as "destroyed." He analyzes footage showing targeted strikes to the stern or steering compartments—intended to disable the ships—rather than total destruction, with the exception of the MT Riesco, which appeared to be empty and was likely sunk (3:15-3:45, 6:33-7:20).
Shadow Fleet Activity: The video highlights that these vessels, flagged in countries like Palau, Comoros, and Zimbabwe, are part of a "dark fleet" network used to fund the IRGC and its regional proxies (1:43-1:55, 4:55-6:30).
Verification Concerns: The host expresses doubt regarding CENTCOM’s claim that crews successfully abandoned ship, pointing out that lifeboats remained in their davits on some vessels during the strikes (3:55-5:10, 6:45-7:05).

BREAKING: A large number of injured US soldiers are being flown to Ramstein Air Base in Germany, some with life-threatening injuries, following tonight's Iranian ballistic missile strikes on the Muwaffaq Salti and Prince Hassan air bases in Jordan, per a Jordanian source to Al Arabiya.

A US official tells Reuters minutes ago that all American troops in Jordan are "accounted for," which is highly unusual wording and does not mean "no casualties," as it is simply a headcount of every listed soldier. At least 4 of the missiles at Muwaffaq directly impacted, with no interceptors even fired at them.

BREAKING: Iran's IRGC announces it carried out the single largest attack in the Strait of Hormuz of the war, striking 10 vessels in retaliation for tonight's US strikes on 5 Iranian oil tankers.

The IRGC says it struck 8 oil tankers attempting to pass through the Strait and the two US destroyers it named earlier tonight, "inflicting significant damage."

The US struck 3 tankers on Sept. 5 and Iran responded with 6, the US struck 5 tonight and Iran responded with 10. Two for one is now the pattern.
