‘Grow a F*cking Spine!’ House Dem Savages ABC’s ‘Self Censorship’ After Kimmel Moves Talarico Interview Online
Jimmy Kimmel said the Republican‑led FCC has “threatened me, threatened our show, threatened our network, ABC, our affiliates, our local stations” over routine editorial decisions such as booking political guests.

Because of this, his interview with Talarico — who is in a tight race against Republican Ken Paxton — will not air on ABC and will instead be uploaded to YouTube.

This is the second time a Talarico interview has been moved online; CBS did the same earlier in the year out of fear of violating new FCC guidance.

My Lord.

@JoeBiden, 83 years old, battling Stage 4 cancer that has spread to his bones, stood for HOURS alongside @DrBiden as the names of 9/11 victims were read.

Donald Trump fell asleep at the 9/11 event at the Pentagon.

One showed respect despite his pain. The other couldn't even stay awake.

Trump is an embarrassment to the nation and the office he holds.

Really says it all.

All living former presidents and their wives attended this morning’s 25th anniversary 9/11 ceremony in New York City. The current president did not attend.

According to a New York Times report, Trump was considering attending but changed his mind after being told he wouldn’t be allowed to speak. Instead, he attended the ceremony at the Pentagon.

Another reason he reportedly decided to stay in D.C. is that he’s scheduled to fly tomorrow to his golf resort in Ireland, where the Irish Open is being held. Leaving from D.C. makes the trip easier than flying out of New York.

Priorities.

Structural Voter Collapse: The creator argues that the Republican establishment is facing a massive structural decline in voter turnout, driven by an "affordability crisis," an escalating conflict involving Iran, and high fuel costs (2:30 - 3:17).
The "Great Detachment": A significant portion of the electorate is reportedly tuning out and disengaging from political discourse due to exhaustion from constant media agitation (0:44 - 1:34, 10:46 - 11:11).
The Fear Machine: The speaker suggests that political entities are increasingly relying on fear-based tactics via algorithms to manipulate an emotionally exhausted base, rather than offering concrete policy deliverables (5:58 - 7:06).
Rise of Crossover Candidates: Independent voters are increasingly drawn to "crossover" candidates who focus on tangible local logistics and economic reality, bypassing traditional partisan rhetoric (4:39 - 5:47).
Call to Action: The video concludes by urging viewers to stop being detached, to pay the "literacy tax" of researching the truth, and to pay close attention to logistics, trade wars, and global supply chains to prevent further national decline (12:05 - 13:46).

Putin knew a detached populace is a means of control. The political establishment in the US has been working towards the same end since Bush Jr.

Ironic that presidency was decided in court, not by the ballot. It would reduce my faith in democracy too.

Defining Patriotism: The speaker distinguishes between being a patriot and a nationalist. They argue that dissent and questioning power are core American values, and that suggesting those who disagree should "leave the country" is anti-democratic (1:18 - 1:36).
Critique of MAGA: The speaker calls out the hypocrisy of individuals who claim to value freedom but support government overreach, book bans, and the policing of personal lives (0:36 - 0:43).
Addressing Systemic Issues: The latter half of the video (2:33 - 5:20) shifts to a broader critique of American history, citing issues like systemic racism, gun violence, and economic inequality, arguing that the nation must address these realities to improve.
Shared Values: The speaker emphasizes that their political alignment is rooted in advocating for the "greater good" of society, such as universal healthcare, living wages, and gun reform, rather than self-interest (5:25 - 5:56).

Critique of U.S. Leadership: The creator expresses disappointment and disgust with how the Trump administration and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth utilized the Pentagon memorial service for what he describes as political theater, self-aggrandizement, and hawkish rhetoric (0:47-0:52, 3:46-4:15).
Praise for Canadian Leadership: Conversely, he commends Canadian leaders, specifically Prime Minister Mark Carney and former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien, for delivering speeches in Gander, Newfoundland, that he believes embodied dignity, empathy, and genuine national honor (0:40-0:46, 4:30-4:49, 5:00-6:55).
Historical Context - Operation Yellow Ribbon: The video highlights Canada's compassionate response on 9/11 through Operation Yellow Ribbon, where the town of Gander opened its doors to thousands of stranded passengers when airspace was closed (2:14-2:42).
Reflection on Shared Sacrifice: The narrator emphasizes the deep, quarter-century bond between American and Canadian soldiers who fought alongside each other in subsequent conflicts, noting that over 150 Canadian soldiers lost their lives (2:44-3:03).
Conclusion: The video serves as a cautionary reflection on the state of American political discourse, suggesting that the nation has failed to learn the lessons of 9/11, choosing vanity over the solemn reflection expected of such a milestone (6:57-8:56).

Trump is the final boss of American hubris that was embarked on 9/11 under Bush Jr and Dick Cheney. By himself he would be just another garbage slumlord but with the help of the entertainment industry glamorizing his faults and ignoring his endless grifts while bankrolling his bankruptcies has enable him to be a pedofile in plain sight that other rapists like Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein were in open envy of. The culture sees his wins as laudable which shows just how hollowed out that society is now.
