I have more engaging discussions with AI. Put some effort to the post. Otherwise, beyond an eye roll what are you expecting here? This legislation is SLOP and RUSHED at a time when we need to double down on being deliberate and exact. Are we making up the rules as we go along now? If so and anything goes we end up with the same type of out of control popularism that bites the hand that feeds that we see rampant down south. The government of the day passed this but this is now law so every following government will have access to the power to administer as they see fit.

This idea of you have nothing to fear as long as you don't break the law holds no water when the power to interpret is up to interpretation.

And it's now law.
We'll get to see if it's abused soon enough.
