So, Pierre is not in Parliament. Pierre do not get elected. Pierre lost his own seat. Pierre is not leader of the conservatives any more.
Rather than saying the cons will work together and make Canada better, he is right back to the Pierre we have known for the past 10 years, whining crying and criticizing.

And even though Pierre lost the election and...lost his seat and ...is not in parliament any more...the media is asking him questions and letting him rant as if the election is still going on.
If they want conservative party response to the issues, they should be asking the leader, Scheer, not a citizen with no parliamentary standing.

If he was at all a gentleman, he would congratulate the winner and be still until he is back in parliament. (if the foolish people in Alberta vote him back in)

Yes, gagged. He doesn't get the national facetime and as much as JT never answered a question it is still important fundwise to be seen asking the questions so they can fundraise off of it and if his face isn't there his brand isn't either. Sheer is just a placeholder and will not be looked to for direction so the tone will all be Carney to shape at his leisure. Once pp gets a word in (assuming he wins his seat) he will be starting at a deficit with the government already running circles around his dogma before they have a chance to really get up to speed.

Assuming a minority will last at least 18 months it means he will be on the bench for nearly half of it. That is going to hurt him.

Stornoway is hanging around pp neck like an albatross. It puts on blast that his entire platform was grift and that wasteful government spending is ok, as long as it is for him. Now he has to run in a riding where the separatist movement, stoked by Smith, are now a serious challenger to his run and even if he does win he will have to make crippling concessions to the convoy/separatist mob that will only be emboldened no matter what the result is.
