In Moscow, communication and internet have not been working for five days already. The capital has begun large-scale testing of the whitelist, writes "Code Durov." Local authorities have been explaining nothing for almost a week. The network may roll back to E. The internet may partially work only farther from the very center: only some sites from the whitelist open. The whitelist also started working in the metro via Wi-Fi, so you won't be able to access Telegram even there.
