Just listened to the debate of the simple minded aka the BC Conservative leasership debate. The usual anti-environment, anti-native, cut taxes with no service cuts, expand the dig it up & ship it out as much as you can as fast as you can mentality.
Claims as they ran a business, they know best how to run a govt.
Claims that living in Kamloops makes them qualified to know Northern BCers. ALL are for a northern oil pipeline and the end of the tanker ban. None with the geographical intelligence to understand that International Waters and the BC Coast ans Inside Passage are not the same thing. None could even mentioning expanding the already approved route of TMX the NDP mentioned it first, not them.

All carried on the lie that the natives want your private property.
All dismissed efforts to a more diverse economy, wishing to concentrate on expanding the export of natural resource development.
No mention of expanded hydro generation, zero mention of support for alternatives be it wind, solar, or SMRs.
Several mentions of reducing the 'crippling' environmental regulations, misinformation on how getting more oil to export markets will lower fuel prices here, and fairy tales of how marching backwards will bring back the booming 1960s with no reference to current world situations.

Sure as hell never vote for these morons.
