Why not both? German boats in Halifax, Korean in Esqualmat. 6 each.

2 subs by 2034 earliest. SK could have a full four‑boat fleet delivered before 2035 if Canada signs in 2026

That's my thought. What are the benefits of each, and can one sub do all the jobs we need? Perhaps a mix fit for purpose is best.

A guy looked me straight in the eye and claimed we should be buying US subs. What would the Germans know about building subs?
