According to several media outlets, former National Security Advisor during President Donald J. Trump's first term, John Bolton, will plead guilty to illegal retention of classified information in a plea deal that would see 17 other charges dismissed and order him to pay a $2.25 million fine and face no more than 5 years in federal prison.
