Putin footdragging is just being aped by orangeman. Neither thought Ukraine would last this long and are getting annoyed that Zelenskyy doesn't just roll over like they would in his shoes. They have no concept of how he could even think of resisting and they have no tools to use but brute force. Amazed Trump hasn't had Zelenskyy killed yet.

Trump tried to give Putin EVERYTHING and he still said no. Putin thinks that the US will cut all aid and as a result he will be able to take the oblasts that they haven't been able to secure.
Is Putin expecting China to send more mercs in large enough numbers to roll over the Ukrainians or Iran to send even more drones that they clearly don't have? Putin is gambling that he can secure this before the economy collapses from the tanking of oil prices. Tick tock.
