If you look at the history of the last few Presidents of South Korea, only one has left the job peacefully. Several have been arrested, one assassinated. Most sent to prison.
The position is only for one term, so the lame ducks tend to illegal acts in office to try to make the most of the opportunity. This asshole is no different.
