Can Canada Get Enough Recruits to Expand Its Military?

TLDR we can get the warm bodies but we can't house or equip them fast enough. Meanwhile, our retention of what we have is in peril. We have a demographic bump that is taking its course and there is a brain drain as a result. We need to retain them to train the new blood and that will require accommodations outside of the current scope and mandate.
