I can't see how anyone can be against it. Even the Greens.
The grid needs an upgrade in northern BC even without new mining.

Rustad wants the tanker ban ended and an oil pipeline thru northern BC to Prince Rupert.
Alaskan tankers have been travelling the BC Coast for years.
Unable to distinguish tankers from Rupert going thru BC waters and tankers travelling far off 'the coast' in International waters.......
Also from a riding that takes the risk of a pipeline right through it and ZERO benefits.
