The video reports on Donald Trump's online activity, specifically his attack on the MeidasTouch network and his subsequent "posting spree" of over 400 posts in an hour (0:18).

Key points from the video include:

Trump's Attack on MeidasTouch: Trump criticized MeidasTouch for an interview with former Attorney General Eric Holder, particularly focusing on Holder's comments about potentially expanding the Supreme Court (0:44-1:17).
Bizarre Posts by Trump: The video highlights several "deranged" and "psychotic" posts made by Trump, including:
Spreading a conspiracy theory about Michelle Obama using Biden's auto-pen to pardon individuals (2:06-2:26).
Accusations against John Brennan, calling him an "enemy of the people" with a "communist background" (2:28-3:02, 5:47-5:52).
Reposting a message with expletives about "pirates" invading and robbing, while also criticizing the lack of support for veterans (4:01-4:27).
Posting an AI-generated video of Venezuelan President Maduro surrendering to Trump and claiming Maduro provided evidence against the Biden administration (4:41-5:20).
Repeating claims of a "stolen" 2020 election and alleging rigged elections in other countries like Canada, Brazil, Australia, South Korea, and the Congo (5:30-5:46).
Trump Regime's "War Crimes" and Scapegoating: The video suggests Trump's online behavior is due to panic over his "regime collapsing" and exposure of "war crimes" related to a boat strike where survivors were allegedly killed (5:54-6:19). It discusses how the Trump administration is trying to "scapegoat" Admiral Mitch Bradley for these actions (6:41-7:05). The video references reporting from the Washington Post, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, and New York Times on this issue (6:20-6:31).
Journalists Replaced by Propagandists: The video notes that traditional press in the Department of Defense were replaced by "right-wing propagandists" like Laura Loomer and Vince Dao, who seemingly mocked established journalists (12:56-13:50).
Tennessee Special Election: Don Jr. expressed concern about a special election in Tennessee's 7th congressional district, despite it being a strong Trump district, indicating a close race (14:07-15:02).
Eric Holder's Actual Comments: The video concludes by showing the actual clip of Eric Holder discussing Supreme Court reform and the potential expansion of the court if there's a Democratic trifecta in 2028, clarifying the context of Trump's attack (15:10-15:46

The term "blue falcon" is relevant because it describes a scenario where high-ranking officers cover for each other at the expense of lower-ranking personnel. In this context, the speaker suggests that an admiral might be sacrificed, illustrating a real-world example of this dynamic, which echoes past discussions about troops disobeying unlawful orders.

I saw another report with Lt. Nevermetim say that 'The ranks have the receipts', so I think that the retired Admiral has copies of the illegal orders that he didn't follow.

That may be but we are still facing the problem of who will enforce the law when it is being run by a mad king?
