• The return is precautionary, due to “lingering risk” and uncertainty about the diagnosis.

It's a long way to go here by road ambulance in the winter too! Round up a crew, get them to the ambulance station, get to the hospital, drive @75kmh in awhiteout for an hour and a half. Could prep a SpaceX almost as fast.
