BREAKING: It appears as though Trump may be offering up a pardon to Nicolás Maduro in exchange for him making claims that Venezuela helped rig the 2020 U.S. election for Joe Biden.
This would do two things for Trump.
#1) Trump will do anything to try and convince people he really won the 2020 election in which he got clobbered in.
#2) It could give him cover to call in the military to seize voting machines and/or scare people into not voting for the midterms.

Senate Republicans are cutting a deal with the Trump White House to criminalize sanctuary cities at the federal level, a move that would allow the arrest of mayors and governors for how they govern.
Let’s be clear about what this is: federal criminalization of local policy choices.
Not border security. Not public safety.
A DIRECT assault on federalism and democratic governance.

Senator Mark Warner reports that the FBI raid in Fulton County has some suddenly suspicious things going on.
The FBI head of the field office in Atlanta has suddenly quit or been fired, likely because he didn't think this search warrant was warranted.
The US attorney who signed on the search warrant is also from Missouri, not Georgia, which is extremely odd.
Meanwhile, Tulsi Gabbard was there, and she's been taking apart the intel community that was in charge of looking at voter interference.

Trump just announced that he is now sending missiles to kill Somalian pirates — even those who aren’t pirating American ships. In fact he says, if they “even make a move toward a ship” the US military will kill them, even if it’s another country’s ship.
“We added to the list the Somalian pirates who go out on a boat… they get the same missile that we give to the people who are bringing in drugs. They know that even if someone makes a move toward a ship, they will get the ultimate treatment.”
THIS IS MURDER!
He's literally saying he will kill Somalians who drive their boat toward any other ship?!

Angus: Donald Trump is furious that he was made to look like an absolute buffoon in Davos, and that the revenge was coming fast and quick. And what do you do the next day? You start raising the issue of breaking Canada apart.
This is the Donbass playbook. Exactly. This has been in the works for some time. The Alberta separatists—these are not credible people. One of them is an ex-Marine. I mean, can you say astroturf?
But what they’ve been doing is meeting in Washington. You know, Pete Hoekstra, the ambassador to Canada, accused us of foreign interference by showing a commercial of Ronald Reagan. Meanwhile, the Alberta separatists claim there’s a $500 million slush fund on the table for them to help break up Canada.
This is the play they’re going to be using against us. We have an extremist premier, Danielle Smith, who’s been undermining Canada again and again. I just came back from Alberta—huge rallies in Calgary and Edmonton. People do not want this.
But what they understand is it doesn’t matter what the majority thinks right now. What matters is Donald Trump’s ability to create an impression so that he has an excuse, a provocation, to act. That’s the Vladimir Putin playbook.
These are really, really dangerous times. Ben, we have to start calling this out. We have to shine a light on this. And unfortunately, our national media are being led by the nose on this.
This is not a credible rallying of independence. This is about subservience to the MAGA agenda, and Canadians need to recognize the threat that’s coming at us right now.
