Much as I hate Elon, he might just have won the war for Ukraine.

He's trying to get back into the good graces after his massive grok pedo screw up. I'll take the win but it would be foolish to side with a fickle fool. Russia is starving to death and they can only terrorize Ukraine and this may have kicked the leg out from them at long last.

Lieutenant General Vladimir Alekseev, First Deputy Head of Russia's GRU (military intelligence), was shot multiple times in the back today in his apartment building on Volokolamskoye Shosse.

He's seriously wounded and hospitalized. The shooter fled the scene.

Alekseev is one of the most powerful figures in Russian intel — he personally negotiated with Prigozhin during the 2023 Wagner mutiny and oversees key covert ops.

This comes right after Zelenskyy confirmed approving new SBU "combat operations" with "good results" expected.
