Doctrinal Shift: The Black Hornet enables a move away from the dangerous "movement to contact" tactic, where soldiers previously had to physically expose themselves to locate the enemy. Now, squads can gather visual and thermal intel without risking lives (4:03-4:51).
Tactical Versatility: The system is used for various scenarios, including urban reconnaissance, clearing trench networks, route security, and conducting post-strike battle damage assessments (4:53-6:46).
Combat Evolution: The video highlights the transition of the Black Hornet 3 to the more capable Black Hornet 4, which features improved flight endurance (30+ minutes), better camera resolution, and resilience in harsh weather conditions and GPS-denied environments—a critical necessity in Ukraine (3:27-3:54, 7:10-7:52).
Two-Way Learning: Originally a Norwegian/British supply effort, the relationship has evolved into a "combat laboratory." Norway is now collaborating with Ukraine to produce these systems and incorporate lessons from the Ukrainian battlefield into their own defense doctrine (1:38-2:36, 9:41-10:28).
Future Integration: The drone is evolving from a handheld squad asset into a part of larger armored vehicle sensor networks, allowing vehicle crews to share critical live data directly with infantry on the ground (7:54-8:27).

It appears that Russia's "Oreshnik" missile attack from yesterday was even more humiliating than anyone initially thought.
Not only did they manage to only damage some unused storage garages in a Kyiv suburb, but there were TWO(!!) missiles.
The first of the two $40 million missiles failed over Russian occupied Donetsk, pouring warheads onto the areas near Avdiivka and Bakhmut, wherein lay high concentrations of Russian troops.
An $80M clusterfuck, as is everything Russia.

Re: Ukraine war thread
Russia openly announces that it intends to render Kyiv uninhabitable within a month through a series of attacks.
Why?
Because Ukraine allegedly attacked a Russian vocational school and killed students.
However:
To this day, there is no verified evidence of this attack on students.
Furthermore:
According to data verified by the UN and UNICEF (as of November 2025), 1,611 Ukrainian schools have been damaged or destroyed by Russia (verified cases only). The actual figure is significantly higher—approximately 4,500 attacks on schools.
That is the Russian mindset.
We call it an excuse for further genocide.

The US is ready to let Poland produce one of NATO’s most sensitive weapons technologies — Patriot missiles
Washington has given preliminary approval for the domestic production of PAC-3 Patriot missiles in Poland. Until recently, the US was extremely reluctant to share such technology even with close allies.
Poland could soon become not just a buyer of Patriot systems, but a full-scale producer of key NATO air defense missiles.
The US is also discussing the possible production of HIMARS long-range missiles and Hellfire missiles in Poland.

The Escalation: Evidence suggests that Russian forces are launching drones from the site of the nuclear plant, effectively turning a civilian facility into an active military position (14:53, 16:15). Drone footage is presented as part of the investigation showing activity directly over the reactors (15:52).
Operational Risks: The plant, already under immense strain following the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam (2:16, 4:54), has faced repeated power outages and relies on emergency diesel generators, which is considered a last-resort safety measure (2:32, 5:19). The removal and intimidation of essential staff further heighten the potential for catastrophe (1:49, 5:44).
Expert Perspective: Hamish de Bretton-Gordon, an expert on nuclear and chemical risks, notes that using a nuclear site for military operations is a severe violation that could trigger a chain reaction, leading to a disaster that would impact not just Ukraine, but all of Europe (18:24, 19:07).
Historical Context: Experts like Mariana Budjeryn draw parallels between the current situation and the 1986 Chernobyl disaster, emphasizing that the Soviet system of secrecy and disregard for safety protocols persists within the current administration of the plant (21:28, 22:48).
The video serves as a warning that the ongoing militarization of the nuclear site is not just a local conflict issue, but a global risk. The presenter argues that the international community must pay closer attention to these developments before a point of no return is reached (26:46).

Russia does not care. I think I wrote before, but Pliny the Elder wrote that the area of Muscovy was 'the land of cannibals' and it has not changed in 4000 years.

Re: Ukraine war thread
Long-range drone strikes: After initial reliance on Western aid, Ukraine has developed its own domestic capabilities to strike deep into Russia. This campaign systematically targets oil refineries, military infrastructure, and logistics hubs, aiming to disrupt the Russian war machine's center of gravity (1:47 - 19:43).
Economic strain: The video details how Russia is experiencing significant economic degradation, characterized by a massive budget deficit, a banking sector crisis, and declining GDP growth, all exacerbated by the costs of the war and Ukrainian attacks on energy infrastructure (19:48 - 29:22).
Social stagnation: Polling data indicates growing dissatisfaction among the Russian public regarding the war and domestic policy, suggesting that the Kremlin is struggling to maintain the previous social contract as the cost of the war is pushed onto ordinary citizens (29:31 - 33:04).
Frontline stabilization: After long months of territorial losses, Ukrainian counter-operations in early 2026 have effectively slowed the Russian advance. By integrating drones with infantry and systematically targeting bottlenecks, Ukraine has shifted from defense to a model of targeted recovery, resulting in a significantly frozen front line compared to 2025 (33:07 - 39:27).
Conclusion: The narrative suggests that while no single factor is a "knockout punch," the cumulative effect of these pressures has weakened Russia's position. Consequently, the discourse in Kyiv is shifting toward evaluating whether Ukraine should accept peace terms that could serve as a reprieve for an exhausted adversary, or continue to leverage its current momentum to secure more favorable outcomes (39:30 - 42:45).
