This man robbed a bank for $1, sat down and waited for the police, just to get free healthcare in prison

In 2011 a man named Richard James Verone walked into a RBC Bank in Gastonia, North Carolina

Handed the teller a note demanding $1

One dollar

Then sat down in the lobby and waited calmly for police to arrive

He was 59. No job. No insurance. A growth on his chest. Two ruptured discs.

Calculated that a federal conviction would guarantee him full medical coverage inside prison

The judge sentenced him to 3 years

He got the surgery

He got the treatment

He told reporters on the way out he had no regrets

A 59 year old American man robbed a bank for $1 because it was cheaper than seeing a doctor

High Volume of Activity: Between January and April 2026, the President posted or reposted 2,457 times, averaging about 20 posts per day (0:43 - 0:49).
Busiest Patterns: The busiest hour identified was between 1 and 2 a.m. EST on January 5th (1:17 - 1:28), while the busiest overall day was January 23rd with 120 posts (2:16 - 2:22). The most active time of day on average is 9–10 p.m. (3:01 - 3:06).
Diverse Content: Posts range from official policy announcements and war commentary to memes, AI-generated images, and personal attacks against critics (0:53 - 1:06).
Historical Context and Political Strategy:

Evolution of Digital Politics: The video traces how social media transformed from an emerging political tool in the 2008 and 2012 elections to a decisive factor in Trump's 2016 victory and his continued strategy today (3:20 - 6:06).
Bypassing Traditional Media: By using Truth Social, the President effectively controls the agenda, bypasses legacy media, and communicates directly with his base (6:06 - 7:09).
Impact and Risks:

Governance by Feed: The report highlights how the President uses his feed to signal war planning, such as during the conflict with Iran, where posts regarding the Strait of Hormuz directly impacted global energy markets (8:35 - 10:13).
Unpredictability: Because the President mixes serious policy with provocative content, his feed creates volatility. Markets and international allies are forced to react to a mix of genuine announcements and unsubstantiated claims, such as those regarding the 2020 election or his predecessors (10:16 - 13:06).
Ultimately, the video concludes that for Donald Trump, social media serves as a "superpower" that allows him to shape the world's perception, regardless of the controversy his posts often incite (13:10 - 13:42).

The world’s largest military budget has produced an industrial base that cannot sustain a serious war.

How is that possible? Because the system is not designed to produce military capability. It is designed to produce contracts. The five largest defense contractors employ roughly a thousand lobbyists in Washington. They distribute their suppliers across forty-five states deliberately, so no senator can ever vote to cancel a program without firing his own constituents.

And here we are. The current leadership will keep fiddling on this as they see our apathy as permission.

Counterterrorism Rhetoric: The creator discusses recent government documents that categorize leftist ideologies—such as secularism, anti-capitalism, and trans-rights activism—as potential indicators of terrorism, viewing this as a tool for political intimidation (0:45 - 2:28).
Historical Context (Grenada): The creator draws a parallel to the Reagan administration's hostility toward the New Jewel Movement in Grenada. He highlights how a small, successful socialist experiment in a sovereign nation was perceived as an existential threat to the U.S. ruling class due to its potential to inspire working-class movements elsewhere (5:33 - 12:47).
The Paradox of the Owning Class: The creator argues that by increasing exploitation and responding to dissent with open authoritarianism, the ruling class inadvertently highlights the necessity for radical change, potentially leading more people to embrace leftist politics (13:31 - 16:16).
Call to Action: The video concludes by suggesting that the administration is inadvertently revealing how to defeat them: through local organization, building alternative systems, and refusing to submit to authoritarian narratives (16:16 - 17:49).

Trump raps himself in the flag all the time and chants slogans of America 1st! all the while treating the rest of the world as vassals at best. He has tarriffed the world and expects them to still beat a path to his door and uses Christianity mega churches and tech titans as useful idiots to galvanize his base. He has created his countries own demise by attacking all religions, faiths and political movements not subservient to his own. He has tainted the brand of America to the point it has become irredeemable and has become the author of his own destruction and removal of relevance of his own society from humanity. America 1st has become America alone.
