Russia wants a cease fire in the Black Sea in return for dropping sanctions.

What balls! Ukraine owns the Black Sea, that's why Russia left it. Ukraine doesn't need a cease fire in the Black sea. Russia is wilin to trade things they already lost hoping the US will drop sanctions!

Fuck 'em. Let them stop bombing Ukrainian schools and hospitals (last night!!) in return for a cease fire.
