Ukraine has learned thru blood that open sourced intelligence (OSINT) requires understanding you are at war asymmetrically. Intelligence needs to be decentralized to have reslisiance in the face of enemy contact. It also means that the west has NOT embraced this truth and to do so comes with ugly truths that they are already in a war vs Russia, China, Iran and MAGA.
