Son of immigrant I know went into vacuum sales. Spent a grand of his own dough hiring a call outfit in India to flood the city he lived in.
So he got a huge list of people who were actually interested in a new vacuum and how interested. Instead of going door to door like he was supposed to, they drove around to only the ones on the list. Surprise, they won that company's Top N.American salespeople that year.

Any kids you know who won't work at Wendys try moves like that?

In related news, I don't know anywhere I can buy a vacuum.

Eatons, Sears, The Bay ... all gone. I hate Wallyworld so much I won't go there. Canadian Tire seems to have stopped selling home appliances and car parts. It's just BBQs, Hockey and shotguns. Who is left?
