Of course, if only they'd bothered to enter a bid or even a proposal.....
to whine months later that the buyers didn't come begging to their door to buy things from them... yeah like I'd have bought that toaster from my local store instead of online cuz the govt didn't give them a tax break and 2 years to come up with the product instead of overnight....
