The PCs defied all the polls in Newfoundland and Labrador. What does this mean for the province, for the Churchill Falls deal and for Canada?

I didn't see it as much of a shock. I think they all know they were burnt on Hydro deals before and wanted some say.
Being from the opposite coast, I think the lucky buggers got to choose sensibly and not between two polar opposites.

The TLDR of that podcast was the PC's showed up and the liberal's just assumed the vote. Behind the scenes the Newfie Liberals are a total clown show so in effect the election was won by default. The Trudeau wannabe was an empty suit.
