Saw the ultimate proof in front of the Post Office. A 3/4 ton with at least a 12" lift took up TWO handicapped spots. A young girl maybe 5 foot zero dropped down from the cab and ran in.
Years ago our copy shop had a glut of those break-em apart DIY businee cards. We printed a bunch with Stewey and You park like an Idiot and Free Parking Lessons 1-800-DUM-F*CK and let people help themselves. They were gone in a couple days!
